This privacy policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to T3 Medical Services Ltd, or that we collect from you and how we use cookies on this website. T3 Medical Services Ltd is an independent UK based registered limited company (No. 07710137) providing healthcare services, education and consultancy. Our registered address is c/o MMO, Wellesley House, 204 London Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7AN.

Information that we collect

We may collect certain information or data about you in various ways. The main circumstances we do so are described below.

When you submit enquiries or feedback through one of our website forms or directly through an email address, leave a comment or sign up for email newsletters, or book a place at a T3 Medical Services event we may collect your name, email address, telephone number and other information that you provide. Any information that you provide when you communicate directly with us by any means we may keep a record of that correspondence.

When you apply for a courses we may collect your name, email address, role, organisation and other relevant information. When you use our website we will collect your IP address, details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access, and other information in relationship to traffic data, location data and other communication data. We will collect information on how you use our website, using cookies, that will help us improve the website. When you purchase any products through our website we will collect details of transactions you carry out and of the fulfilment of your orders. 

Marketing

In respect of your provided email addresses, we will only send you marketing communications with your explicit consent and you can opt out at any time. When we send such information to you at your email address, we do so because it is necessary for our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests include disseminating our research and analysis, as well as highlighting relevant courses and conferences. You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. You can request that we stop sending you marketing communications at any time (see 'your rights' below). You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list by following the unsubscribe link that is available in every mailing.  If you would like to be removed from our mailing list or discuss the communications you wish to receive then please email us at: enquiries@t3medical.co.uk.

What T3 Medical Services does with your data 

T3 Medical Services collects and maintains information about you in order to provide you with the service or information you have enquired about or signed up to access for example events or another service. The information you supply will be accessed and used by T3 Medical Services to administer the activity for which you provided your information.

Sharing information with third parties

T3 Medical will not sell information about members and other service users to third parties.

We will only disclose information to third parties or individuals when obliged to by law or if you have agreed that we may do so for a specific purpose. This may include when we use other companies to provide services on our behalf or where T3 Medical Services works with external partners to deliver an event, programme or service it may be necessary to share your information with these partners for the running of this service and this sharing agreement will be made clear to you during the registration process.

Data Storage and Retention

T3 Medical Services only stores personal data on servers located within the European Economic Area. Should this change in the future all data shared outside of the EU will be covered by a full written agreement which will include GDPR requirements.

We will retain your personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. For example, it may be kept for the duration of a service or product you receive from us or as part of our legal obligations.  This is subject to assessment according to circumstances, but we take the following factors into consideration: 

  • Whether it is necessary to continue to store the data in order to continue to perform our contractual obligations. 
  • Whether we have any legal obligation to continue to process your information, such as any record-keeping requirements imposed by relevant law or regulation.
  • Whether we have any legal basis to continue to process your information, such as your consent or our legitimate interests. 
  • Any relevant standard practices, or guidance from the regulator on how long information should be retained. 
  • How confident we can reasonably be that  the data is up to date and accurate.

When you email us the message will only be used to answer your query. In any case email messages will only be stored by T3 Medical Services for as long as necessary for legal, tax or regulatory reasons or for legitimate and lawful business purposes and in line with our retention schedules.

Your rights

Under data protection legislation you have several rights concerning your personal data. These are:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you, which will be provided to you within one month (right of access).
  • Update or amend the information we hold about you if it is wrong (right of rectification).

  • Object to the processing of your information for marketing purposes (right to object).
  • Obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes (right to data portability).

The above rights are not absolute, and we may be entitled to refuse requests where exceptions apply: for example, if we have reason to believe the personal data we hold is accurate or we can show our processing is necessary for a lawful purpose set out in this notice.

Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our email system; any email sent to T3 Medical Services is therefore sent at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.
